Milk Alternatives.  What’s the Best One for Me?

 

There are so many different milk alternatives on the market these days, it’s tough to keep up and know which is best.  Personally, I cut out dairy years ago and have been an avid fan of unsweetened almond milk to replace cows milk.  I love the flavor, light texture, and its ability to blend with most recipes.  If you’re confused as to which milk to use, here’s a cheat sheet on what all milk alternatives offer in terms of nutrients and vitamins.  No milk is necessarily better than the other, it just depends upon personal preference and dietary needs.
