Breakfast Recipes with 5 Ingredients or Less.  Yes Please.


Breakfast is a hotly debated topic these days.  With so many people practicing IF (Intermittent Fasting ) or simply just not breakfast eaters, these recipes are great to have on hand for lunch or a quick snack.  My favorites are the egg, ham, kale and cauliflower rice muffins as well as the the banana bread muffins.  I keep them in the fridge or freezer for an easy snack on the go.
